We are rapidly approaching another Ohio Mathematics Contest in April 2018.

This year's event will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the Conference Center (Building 12), in Sinclair Community College, Dayton, Ohio.  It will be organized by the KSEA (Korean Scientists and Engineers Association) Dayton Branch, and hosted by the Department of Mathematics, Sinclair Community College. Students from grades 4 through 11th will be eligible to participate.  There will be seminars for parents and students, and it will conclude with an Award ceremony.

We need lots of help! Please volunteer!

We need many volunteers to help in these areas:

(1)   Greet and check-in students before the test (12:30 pm– 1:50 pm)

(2)   Proctor exams and grade papers (1:30 pm -4:30 pm)

(3)   Parent programs (giving presentations during exam time, 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm)

(5)   Award Ceremony (5:00 pm-6:00 pm, award presentation helpers are needed)

If you are willing to help in any part of the Contest, please email me back. Please include in the email, what time(s) you are available, and which area(s) you are interested in.

This year we are trying to organize more programs for parents and students, especially with students in grades 4 & 5. If you know someone who can also volunteer, please just let me know.

Please feel free to email me at Munsup.seoh@wright.edu if you have any further questions.
